We are looking for high-calibre individuals, with commercial or consulting experience, to work with our lead consultants in the client-facing design and delivery of leadership and change development programmes, as well as end-to-end programme management. The role will also involve coaching clients on a 1:1 basis.

With a global client base, there is regular travel included in the role as well as monthly visits to our head office situated in Bath, UK. You will need to hold a current passport and a clean driving license.
